GOtv Lite isn’t really new except for a few modifications. The package existed before allowing customers to access Free-To-Air channels at Ugx 66,000 per year. The new GOtv Lite has doubled the number of channels and slashed the price by Ugx 6,000 by making it Ugx 5,000 monthly which comes to a total of Ugx 60,000. Multichoice customers have in the past criticized the Pay TV provider for not providing free-to-air channels once subscriber’s subscription expires.
