A new connection/supply application form Copy of a valid identification or National ID Wayleave clearance form (permission/consent) from affected land owners (If applicable) A completed supply agreement form Company seal and certificate of incorporation (For companies)

The Process

Step 1: Application & Registration Pick and fill out a form at Umeme and pay the inspection fees. Step 2: Inspection The Umeme team will visit you for inspection in 2 working days. Step 3: Meter Installation A meter will be installed within 5 working days after payment
