Blocking a Business Contact
WhatsApp will also provide users with the tools they need to control their experience with businesses. a user can block business accounts and report them as spam at any time, right within the chat. All they need to do is: open the chat, tap the Menu Button, Report spam or Block. WhatsApp notes that Business verification and confirmation don’t indicate an endorsement by WhatsApp.
